You may want more information about the structure of the workshops or coaching services before signing up to make sure that they are a fit for your particular needs. Feel free to outline your questions in an email, or if it is easier, pick up the phone and give me a call. Don't worry about a hard sell - if what I have to offer doesn't meet your needs, I will do my best to refer you to someone who can help. I hate to push as much as you hate to be pushed.
Here is what you can expect after signing up for a workshop:
- I will send you an email with a specific description of the topics to be covered on a weekly basis and background on the structure of the course. You will also be provided the complete call-in instructions and phone number.
- You will also receive a detailed questionnaire which I will ask you to fill out and send back to me no later than one week before the class starts. This will allow me to understand your particular situation, to make sure that the class is tailored to meet your needs, as well as those of the other participants. This information is completely confidential and will only be viewed by me.
- Once the workshop begins, you will receive weekly emails with a summary of the topic to be covered, and a link to the PDF file for the next class, as well as instructions for any assignment due. I will include call-in information in each message as I know it is often misplaced.
If you want to discuss the many uses of communication assessments and training, I would love to talk to you about it! I have used the DiSC profile and others in sales training, team building, individual career and leadership coaching with great success. I am impressed by how useful people find them. There are a lot of "add water and stir" workshops set up if you want to run them yourself within your own organization.
